COOKIES POLICY FOR VISITORS TO THE WEBSITE - WWW.PISCINEINVETRO.COM

The website www.piscineinvetro.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") uses Cookies to make its services simple and efficient for users.
Cookies are small text files that the sites visited by the user send and record on their computer or mobile device, to be then retransmitted to the same sites on the next visit. Thanks to cookies, a site remembers the user's actions and preferences (such as login data, chosen language, font size, other display settings, etc.) so that they do not have to be indicated again when the user returns to visit that site or navigate from one page to another. Cookies, therefore, are used to perform computer authentication, session monitoring, and store information about the activities of users accessing a site and may also contain a unique identification code that allows you to track the user's navigation within the site itself for statistical or advertising purposes. During navigation on a site, the user may also receive cookies from sites or web servers other than the one they are visiting (so-called "third-party" cookies). Some operations could not be performed without the use of cookies, which in certain cases are therefore technically necessary for the same functioning of the site.
There are various types of cookies, depending on their characteristics and functions, and these can remain on the user's computer for different periods of time: so-called session cookies, which are automatically deleted when the browser is closed; so-called persistent cookies, which remain on the user's device until a predetermined expiration date. According to current Italian legislation, the use of cookies does not always require the express consent of the user. In particular, "technical cookies," i.e., those used for the sole purpose of transmitting a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user, do not require such consent. These are, in other words, cookies that are essential for the operation of the site or necessary to perform activities requested by the user.

Among the technical cookies, which do not require express consent for their use, the Italian Data Protection Authority (see Provision Identification of simplified procedures for the information and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies of May 8, 2014, and subsequent clarifications, hereinafter "Provision") also includes:

  • "analytics cookies" where used directly by the site operator to collect information, in an aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site itself,
  • navigation or session cookies (to authenticate),
  • functionality cookies, which allow the user to browse based on a series of selected criteria (e.g., language, products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service provided.
For "profiling cookies," on the other hand, i.e., those aimed at creating profiles related to the user and used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user while browsing the net, prior consent of the user is required. Types of cookies used by the Site and the possibility of (de-)selection
The Site www.piscineinvetro.com uses the following cookies:

  • Essential technical cookie for the operation of the Cookies Bar
NOTE: Disabling technical and/or functionality cookies could make the Site not consultable or some services or certain functions of the Site might not be available or may not work properly, and you may be required to modify or enter certain information or preferences manually each time you visit the Site. Third-party cookies, i.e., cookies from sites or web servers other than those of the Controller, used for the purposes of said third parties. It is specified that these third parties, listed below with the links to their privacy policies, are typically independent data controllers for the data collected through the cookies they serve; therefore, you should refer to their policies for the processing of personal data, information, and consent forms (selection and de-selection of respective cookies), as specified in the aforementioned Provision. For completeness, it is also noted that the Controller makes the utmost effort to trace cookies on its own Site. These are updated regularly in the following table, where transparency is provided about the cookies directly sent by the Controller and their purposes. Regarding third parties who send cookies through our Site, we provide below the links to their respective privacy policies and consent forms: for these third parties, as already mentioned, we delegate the responsibility to provide information and collect your consent, as required by the Provision. This responsibility refers not only to cookies that third parties send directly but also to any other cookies that are sent through our Site due to the use of services that these third parties enjoy. With respect to such cookies, which are sent by suppliers of services of the aforementioned third parties, the Controller has no possibility to exercise any control and is not aware of their characteristics or purposes.
Below are the links to the information and consent forms of third parties that serve cookies through the Site: No third-party cookies are present on the "Site"
